Program

The AI patient phone line pilot that Honeycutt Software, LLC is building for a healthcare client sends text messages about a caller's own call: appointment confirmations, the status of a refill request, and a short "was your question answered?" check. There is no marketing.

How you agree

You agree by voice during the call, when the AI assistant asks: "Is it OK to leave a voicemail or send a text to that number?" We send texts only after a yes. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care. Details: how callers agree to texts.

How often, and the cost

Message frequency varies, usually one to three texts after a call. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to stop all texts. You get one confirmation text and no more. Reply HELP for help, or email shawn@honeycuttsoftware.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text message consent for marketing. See the privacy policy.
