Honeycutt Software, LLC · Raleigh, North Carolina · Effective October 23, 2026

This policy explains what information Honeycutt Software, LLC ("we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the systems we build and operate for clients, including the AI patient phone line pilot and its text messages.

This website

We use PostHog to measure how people use this website: pages visited, approximate location from the IP address, browser and device type. We use this only to improve the site. If you email us, we keep your email and your message to reply to you.

The AI patient phone line pilot

We are building an AI phone assistant for a healthcare client's office. During the pilot, only internal test callers and test phone numbers are used. No real patient information is used.

When someone calls the pilot line, we keep a log of the call: the calling number, what the caller says (as text), the callback number, and whether the caller agreed to voicemail and text messages. When we send a text, we keep the text, the time and the delivery status. Replies such as YES, NO, STOP and HELP are kept with the call log.

We use this information only to handle the caller's request: to route the message to the right person, to confirm an appointment or request, and to ask whether the question was answered. We do not use it for marketing or advertising.

Mobile phone numbers and text messages

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages and host the system (for example, the phone and text message platform and the hosting provider), and only to provide the service.

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help. See the text message terms and how callers agree to texts.

Service providers

We use service providers to run our systems: hosting, databases, the phone and text message platform, AI model providers, and website analytics. They may process information for us only to provide their service.

Security and retention

Call logs are kept in an access-controlled database, and staff pages need a password. We keep pilot call logs only as long as the pilot needs them. Before any real patient information is used, the client and its vendors will sign the agreements that HIPAA requires.
